Referral process?
Please fax a referral to 647.480.5031. We will process the referral, then add the patient to our waitlist.
Patients will be contacted directly by Dr. Monsour’s new clinic starting February 2025.
Referring physicians will be advised by fax once the patient has been scheduled (if applicable).
Following their consultation, if/when applicable, patients will be offered in-person appointments for more detailed neurological examination and procedures.
